Return Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We want you to have the right product to help make your world better. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to our store at 680 W. Washington St., #B-106, Sequim, WA 98382 within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

To return an item, please bring it to our store with your itemized receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories in new condition.

Return Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:

 

• Batteries

• Prepaid cell phone products

• Items that have been used or damaged

• Items without their original packaging or accessories

• Opened media (blank cds, thumb drives, cassette tapes, sd cards, etc)

​Restocking Fees
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to opened items at our discretion. The restocking fee may be waived for exchanges or for returns of defective items.

Please note that as we do not ship products., all returns must be made in person at our store location.
